Truck made a pop and then I couldn't move called for a tow and instead he showed me the problem and fixed it, after I asked if we owed anything and all he asked for was a good review so I'm giving he the best all star review I can, he was fast to get to me quick to fix the problem and the best for showing and teaching me how to fix it if it happens again. Absolutely awesome guy will definitely call for help again.

These gentlemen were extremely helpful and courteous when I got my car stuck in the snow in a really bad curve. Great service. If it wasn't for these guys my car wouldn't be running. They fixed a broken shock, that another local garage caused. Then later fixed a broken intake , that again was damaged by Heltons quick lube. I highly recommend these guys. They will at least do the job they are paid for. And do it right.

My car broke down Thursday and Bill from Quality towing and Auto repair came and got my vehicle. Before we even left with my car, bill tried to get my car to start, but it wouldn't. So, to me that was a great example of excellent service. I told them that I need my vehicle for work on Friday and he said my fuel pump was bad. Friday I received a call that Gene had fixed my car in a timely manner. The owner John greeted me and was so kind. For this day forward, I'll definitely be using there service. Customer service and care is important! I'm very grateful for their team. My car drives so much better now!

Bubby has towed me more than once. This particular time, i thought the clutch or transmission had went out in my truck. After they got on scene, the driver told me my clutch rod had came loose and i could come pick my truck up in two hours. I was so relieved!!

I had to call upon them for a very unexpected reason and very aggravating situation and due to no fault of their own I was a little irritate when I had to call...even though I was upset due to the reasoning for having to call upon them they were extremely friendly and remained very professional to me...I did catch the way I was acting and apologized several different times to the owner to whom I was speaking..his response the whole time was its ok I understand and that he would probably have not taken the situation as well as I did...that meant a lot to me because I wasnt expecting to have to be in this kind of situation. I did have to end up visiting them as well and I have to say they were just as nice then as when I was on the phone with them...they were extremely friendly and extremely helpful and if I ever am in Middlesboro area and have to call upon anyone I would definitely call them!

I was broke down and I called quality towing and Ron answered and said he'd come and get me, little did I know he was a awesome person who said he'd take us to a hotel til mon when his shop opened back up. He took us to 4 hotels and he talked to the hotel who let us check in early but that's not all Ron did for us he took me to back to my jeep to get my medicine out of out Then he stopped at 3 different stores looking for pickled bologna to take back to Indiana with me. And he took us back to the hotel. Mon he called us at 8:30am and told me that the jeep would be fixed in a little while and ask us when we wanted picked up! He came and got us took me to my jeep where Gary was working on it. Gary made sure it was fixed before we got on the road again. Ron asked me if they got it fixed. Thank you Ron and Gary for everything you guys did .you went beyond what you had too!!!!

They did a great job. I locked my keys in trunk so we had it towed home. The guy they had do it Mark was awesome considering it was locked up. He was easy with my car not to damage it. He took his time getting it off roll back without damage since it was in park. He even recommended local locksmith. Highly recommend them.

I had a breakdown in the Middlesboro area. In many instances when out of town you are the mercy of a true stanger. The owner and staff could have not been nicer and more accommodating.
